  • what info do you request / use in investigations - what would be useful for preemptive oversight
• make a list of apps: what they require to sign up and what we know is recorded about workforce demography
  • sign up for different apps - what info do they ask for? (gov't ID)
  • 1099s? (how else does a company prove compliance)
• in addition to wage policy: look at deactivation policy -- what would we ask for in terms of administrative data?
