This is an outline that organizes notes from conversations with Minsu (PSA legal team) - it's mostly structured around the short-term work and tentative long-term work she and I discussed. I've started to think of the work as 3 studies under one project based on our conversation over the summer. Still more refining to do around motivation, RQs, contribution, but would like to share what I know at this point and tentative design.

When we meet please do the following:

• Follow up on previous meeting. What were the action items, and what did you do or not do? Why?
• Provide a status update on collaborative projects. This includes some of the following:
• • What is status of the HB Survey? Where is this data? You asked me to sponsor an IRB that gave my guarantee as a faculty member that the data would be managed responsibly - This is my job too - you need to be responsible for this.
• • What is the status of projects that you have discussed, been funded to work on, and not completed?
• • • Various DRC publications as a part of your pre-doc
• • • Your Spring Quarter of funding (plus RA time in Caroline) related to State and Municipal Policy
• • • OSH - you've not updated in a meaningful way your work logs. There is a small number of papers you signed up to review - over this period of time you could have spent over 1 hour per paper... Where is the output of this work?
