Along with the #122, this is all of the updated analysis, plots, data, and cleaned up repo.

Tom gave some notes about nice additions to analysis:

• subset institutions / orgs:

  • soundstone universities (group of 8): the oldest unis in aus
  • ATN (Australian technical network): technical colleges turned universities
  • RUN (regional universities network): regional universities, may have overlap with ATN

• subset disciplines by theme:

  • health and medical
  • earth and environment science
  • HAS
  • Humanities
  • Arts
  • Social Sciences
  • Tom will provide mapping
