configure does not honour --docdir and --datadir options #34

CFengime autoconf scripts set hard path for doc directory and data directory. configure --help shows the options but they are useless. Will ask a cfengine developer what the intention is of those hard paths.

--docdir is merge upstream: Merge pull request #1017 from basvandervlies/respect_docdir_option. Wil now rewrite the --datadir configure option. Then most files end up in the right location for debian package.
