Inconsistent diff/tag highlighting in history

Describe the issue

The interaction between tag highlighting and diff highlighting seems to be a bit inconsistent in Weblate. For example here on the History tab the opening tag is highlighted in green, but the closing tag is not.

Expected behavior

I don't have a strong opinion on whether tags should be part of diff highlighting or not, but consistency either way would be nice.
