Devanagari danda autofix exception for hi_Latn

Describe the issue

The Devanagari danda auto fixup (. → ।) applies to hi_Latn [Hindi (Latin script)], which it should not since Latin is not an Indic script. I was thinking if there's a way to apply an exception for this?

I already tried

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Add . to the end of any translation in hi_Latn.

Expected behavior

The fullstop shouldn't automatically be changed into । (U+0964 DEVANAGARI DANDA)
