Newly added glossary terms appear duplicated in the UI

Describe the issue

Newly added glossary terms appear duplicated and incorrectly formatted (missing the space between the source and translated term) on the right side of the page in translation view.

After refreshing the page, the problem goes away.

Related to #12624, but refreshing the page does not fully solve the issue with the URLs.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. In translation view, click the "Add term to glossary" button
2. Fill the form and click "Save"
3. See the duplicated term appear in the box on the right side of the page

Hosted Weblate The duplication issue is also present on TDF Weblate 5.4.3, but the spacing issue is not.
