Missing emoji: woman with both hands toward the sky #476

I'm not sure about how to describe this emoji but since I don't have a drawing software and I don't find it although I see some friends use it from time to time I just described it in the issue title.

Finding this emoji is a matter of time because she might be in great danger or maybe dead because I don't find it on any of my regular emoji store (and this one is my reference).

Help me Obi @WebpageFX Kenobi, you're my only hope!

This mean that she is still alive, but I can't manage to copy/paste her.

It seems as though you are after the 'Woman Shrugging' emoji, specifically on the Facebook platform.

This project doesn't seem to update itself with all of the newest emoji, but if you ever want to find her then you can head over to Emojipedia for copy/paste!
