Call accounts not showing on Android 7 (Dual Sim issue?) #75

I am using cordovacall 1.1.5 and am running into issue with my test android device (running Android 7.1.1).

When I do a cordova.plugins.CordovaCall.receiveCall('Test Person'), the settings that come up is "Call Settings" not "Call Accounts" like the documentation speaks to. There are no settings here for me to enable CordovaCall to work.

This is a dualsim phone that does not have any SIM cards in it at the moment. Screenshot

Did you fix it? Similar issue on android 6.0.1
