Test the new plugin structure

Apply Julian's incredible work from https://github.com/Cahllagerfeld/webstone-reference-plugin/tree/cahllagerfeld/test to the request-logger plugin.

Changes required to a default SvelteKit library project:

• [ ] In package.json, exports / . change to "types": "./dist/web/index.d.ts" and "svelte": "./dist/web/index.js".
• [ ] In package.json, svelte changes to "svelte": "./dist/web/index.js",
• [ ] In package.json, types changes to "types": "./dist/web/index.d.ts",
• [ ] Add @webstone/gluegun fs-jetpack npm-run-all rimraf tsup to devDependencies
• [ ] Add new scripts:
  • [ ] "build:web": "vite build && npm run package",
  • [ ] "build:cli": "node scripts/build-cli.js build && npm run copy-templates",
  • [ ] "clean:build": "rimraf ./dist",
  • [ ] "copy-templates": "cp -a ./src/cli/templates ./dist/cli",
  • [ ] "dev:cli": "node scripts/build-cli.js dev",
  • [ ] "dev:web": "vite dev",
• [ ] Update existing scripts:
  • [ ] "build": "npm run clean:build && npm run build:cli && npm run build:web",
  • [ ] "dev": "npm-run-all --parallel dev:cli dev:web",
  • [ ] "package": "svelte-kit sync && svelte-package -o ./dist/web && publint",
• [ ] Add scripts/build-cli.js
  • [ ] ⚠️ Currently, there are errors, see linked PR below
• [ ] Create src/cli and populate it with a dummy setup, i.e. commands/<plugin-name>, extensions/, and templates content
