CSS - newsletter button and course title hovers #29

Hello! I did the following changes:

[x] Fixed the newsletter button that was way off (Desktop)
[x] Added a soft hover animation to the course titles

I tried fixing the button on mobile but ran into a bunch of issues, so I could not fix that. If this project is going forward, I would love to give it a more detailed review at the CSS and its responsiveness in the future outside Hacktoberfest.

@maenad try fixing the mobile layout as well or you can come you with some new footer style too.
