adjusted margins on email submit form #33

Email form submit button was getting cut off. Adjusted margins to fix that. Also added some space between email submit form and the site credits on mobile view. footer new-newsletter-form nospacing spacing in mobile

This is in reference to #32 which I created. I apologize if if did this incorrectly, still fairly new to VC and GitHub.
