Russian translation - Part 1 #16

The front page bookmarks (Music, Videos, etc), "Places", and section names are not translatable. Where do they come from? Please, fix!

Can't merge current version due translation is not precise.

It comes from here and will be customizable in the future, so I can't see any reason to make them translatable.

I made a new version of the .ts file that fixes all found problems.
