Target Path List Length

I've noticed that the dropdown list to choose a target directory for a torrent 
in the add torrent dialog box is to short, normaly if you have a lot of 
directories you don't get a list of all the directories where you are adding 
files to.

I don't know if this is the place for features request, but please, if possible 
let the length of this list to be configurable, or at list build the list from 
the list of folders where you actually have torrents in (the list on the left 
of the TransGUI window).
