Cant Unsummon the Dream Sword #44

I am using Forge and Minecraft version 1.12.1. I was able to equip the Dream Sword chain and summon the Dream Sword but I can not unsummon it. I press the keybind but it will not unsummon.

drop it from your hotbar with q and it will force it to be unsummoned
