running erro! #20

hello,I run palmer on ont sequence , /lustre/software/miniconda3/envs/palmer/PALMER-1.6/PALMER --input /lustre/HG002/HG002-ONT-60X/HG002.SV/mini_10X/HG002.filter.bam --workdir /lustre/HG002/HG002-ONT-60X/HG002.SV/mini_10X/palmer/LINE1/ --ref_ver GRCh38 --output /lustre/HG002/HG002-ONT-60X/HG002.SV/mini_10X/palmer/LINE1/HG002 --type LINE --ref_fa /lustre/HG002/genome/ucsc.hg38.fa ,after getting lots of files in picture, then it did not report other result next, what is wrong? Did you set a chromosome for PALMER to run on?
