@WeidiXie thanks for merging my contribution! Actually was intending to tidy this up a bit before making a PR (accidently submitted to wrong repo); will do a quick revert and fix the PR to remove the code specific to my use case.

This PR aims to:

Provide the specific libraries needed to train the the repo
Switching from librosa to scipy for fast wav loading
Explain how to fine-tune the model
