What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I had Previously installed Advanced rest Client, suddenly it is gone from 
system
2.I tried to installed it again but i am getting There was a problem adding the 
item to Chrome. Please refresh the page and try again.(this is happening again 
and gain not getting installed
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should be installed or already installed one should be open

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
windows 7 enterprise service pack 1, Chrome, Version 39.0.2145.4 dev-m
