Data downloading issue #103

Prosecco address for tutorial data downloading is out-dated. Probably update this to https://prosecco.geog.psu.edu/data/NAM/.

If you are trying to download data, please change the url on this line to https://prosecco.geog.psu.edu/data/NAM/. This should be an easy fix in the coming commits.

The problem has been resolved by creating symbolic links on the server-side.
