Convert from Jupyter notebook to RStudio #64

There is an update for the supported platform for Binder. Now it supports the RStudio interface. Therefore, instead of using the notebooks converted from R Markdown files, we can probably use R Markdown files directly.

This will include

[x] removal of Jupyter notebooks
[x] changes of the startup path for binder sessions
[x] changes of relevant texts in some posts
[x] changes of README file
