Create rulebook, but adapted for app UI

Great idea. I have some suggestion for this, but might require you to learn a new markup/formatting language (easy) and add directly to the code repository =D Let me know if you're interested!

Alternately, you could also just do it in HTML if you want? And if you don't know HTML, I think MS Word can export to HTML (then I can put on a webpage and link to it.
