Hi! I can't guarantee that I can maintain this, because I have never used Github CI and have no experience with this. What kind of value does it add over tests that I run on release and while development?

I can say what me have done is translated some of yours .sh scripts like build and test one. The program that was built is automatically uploaded to Artifacts. (You can take a look at these, in my forked repo.) And you will see that it uploaded an library. I will be keep maintaining the Ci to improve, improve and improve...
