This pr makes the lock buttons act like fn keys when the super (meta) key is held.

I don't understand the f12=f12. Also, you are missing the mapping for sleep on vivaldi devices. Is f13 really the best thing to map it to?

In my opinion, the lock key should always lock no matter what.
