Removed responsive checkbox for responsive images #2

Hey,

i think it is an good idea to remove the responsive checkbox for the responsive image node type because if someone wants to use a responsive image then the class should be automatically added to the image!

thank you for your input, I agree that the element is labeled "responsive Image" and therefore should be responsive by default. I consider renaming the element and adding "responsive" to true as default value however instead of removing the checkbox because there could still be use for a non-responsive image with a specific style.
