Storyline, and LR

I think we need an attractive story-line, to motivate ourselves. And easy to engage with other contributors.

For me the time spend on this project is not only for playing a game better.

It's a good experience about how to use git-hub as a collaboration platform.

The value added for me (maybe also for you) are:

• Put hands on github collaboration (for me this is the first time, developing project with others)
• Know what is the open-source development, and practice.
• Know how to manage a open-source development project. gain my project management skill
• try to learn new skill for python,,,,and data science method

As most of us are also academics, or high-tech professionals, I hope we can share our own experience with other members, learn from each other, and create a friendly, cooperation atmosphere.

I have looked around some eve apps, and project on the github, I will share a list of them. That is a part of literature review or bench marking.

Thanks for the welcoming! I am excited to get involved in as a non-CS guy lol. I might have to pick up some programming technics through the project--hope I can still be of help :p

And yeah we should definitely meet up sometime (virtually) and discuss how to proceed with this project.
