Regularly store ShareJS Snapshots #1

The slave workers need to store snapshots of the ShareJS document to ensure. To minimize possible ShareJS problems we should do this regularly (every 10 minutes or so).

For now we have a function to store all solutions for due exercises, that haven't been stored yet in tutor-rethinkdb.
