GSM module can sometimes cause MoMo to be reset while attempting to register #172

This seems to be caused by poor network conditions and/or bad antenna positioning. This was causing memory corruption errors before the log initialization order fix was introduced.

This is bad. I'll need to connect an oscilloscope and see what's going on.
