Automate the removal of RMVBL files. Discuss potentially negative implications.

Ran smehotron -c. Files *.sch.? are removed but files *.RMVBL.* remain: 147 of them. It seems that the only directory from which *.RMVBL.* are not being removed is \input-controls\NoGo. They are being removed from all other directories, including \input-controls\NoGo\expected-svrl.
