It would be useful to be able to set artist photos for artists that are not in Spotify's database. Additionally I would need to be able to override some that have the photo of a completely unrelated artist with the same name. For my needs it would be enough to have a simple directory that I can point to with basic name matching or similar - even using one of the artist's album covers as the photo would be useful (most Spotify artists photos are just this anyway).
