overall:

• [ ] Passkeys
• [x] Marking tickets as closed does not work either
• [ ] Either use invoices from e.g. Stripe, or issue them properly according to the guidelines of the countries (in DE they must count upwards, without gaps)
• [ ] Send logs from WemX via webhook to Discord
• [ ] Use tickets with websocket to enable a "chat-like" conversation with direct replies without reloading the page
• [ ] Option to "claim" tickets
• [ ] Module construction kit for own services
• [ ] Slider for e.g. RAM or similar when ordering
• [ ] A page with all team members, sorted according to their rank
• [ ] Possibility to give people certain roles that are not declared as administration, e.g. to be able to display certain servers to partners, but still be able to impersonate the user (impersonate)
• [ ] Possibility to rename the services in the user dashboard (e.g. rename "Proxmox" to "Gameserver" for the users or similar)
• [ ] Add subuser in WemX -> only add the other person as subuser, do not share the whole account of the owner!
• [ ] Overview of all tickets in the admin dashboard is incorrect (user profile pictures do not load with the ticket & categorization only shows the numbers when you change the tab)
• [ ] The Mobile Version of the Websystem is bugged

Profilepicture in the upper right corner is more oval and not a circle The Nav-Bar is a bit bit, could it maybe be more like only the Icons and if the user wants to, he can expand it on the side or so The Text is to big for the Button / the Text doesn't fit the Buttons The Footer is also a bit awkward

• And it would be nice, if it would be possible to toggle on and of, if we want, that the System automatically alines all Services to the same size / hight, so all Buttons appear at the same hight and the Images would also be at the same Size
