Options menus with all settings for Consoles #7

Here they are the console menus with all options (except Controls). I had to do a little adjustment on the German ones since the invert vertical camera text was too long but the end result looked great.

@CRASHARKI If you are interested in improving something, the current controller layout is hiding the current save page with the back button:

The original: save2

When moving the back button, we can see that the counter has been removed, so ideally it would be better to have it back.

@Wemino Seems like they just wanted to get rid of it based on the loadscreen background that can be found in the 2011 files (even though it seems to be unused). This one's going to be a challenge since there's not much empty space to work with but I'll give it a try.

@CRASHARKI Because the console version only have those 6 slots. Instead of using it, they overlapped everything they edited out with those buttons.

I think it would look good centered under the "Save" button. I am not sure how hard it would be to restore back the counter as I can't look at the files until later this week.
