Contribute section instructions #5

I'm thinking that will be nice create a section in the README file with installation and requirements for people that want to contribute with the source code and maybe don't know everything about Jekyll and themes.

What do you think @WendellAdriel?

I've seen some commits to finish this issue, though what is the status ? is it in progress ?

I don't know if @akfzambrana is writing this section. I think she is focused in some style enhancements. Wanna help us with this section too @marabesi ???
