it's a good idea to specify that docopt is for Python. About Manjaro, can you explain why this would be a better choice as a base distro to build the Archlinux based image ?

It might not be a better choice. But Manjaro looks like a viable choice to me. Manjaro users should be notified that they are not out of luck and can try out the project and should not face more problems than with arch linux. I also would like to put in a few more lines about the build process inside the docker container into the README for elucidation.
