changing rivers causes crash on world load #5

everything was working fine until i tried to mess with rivers and oceans, trying to replace either results in a cataclysmic crash, that's how i know the crash isnt caused by any other mods, it was working fine until i tried to replace the river biomes and change how oceans generate.

my latest.log https://pastebin.com/JR5BQ3q0 my config well i tried to add my config here but pastebin wont let me post it and github wont let me upload a .properties file so just take my word for it.

oh i forgot to put in the version. it's for forge 1.20.1 BR version 1.2
