Directories saved with incorrect time stamp. #26

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. My directories are always created with time UTC 00 and mine set in the console is UTC+2

EdiZon always used UTC for it's backup folders since it might cause errors and confusion, if you'd ever change the switch's date/time settings. This is intended behaviour.
