This pull request adds cheats to Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee to pause when a shiny Pokemon spawns.
If testing this, don't use a shiny modifier cheat - the ones in this repository break the shiny pause cheat. However using pkNX to set a flat shiny re-roll will have this cheat work as expected.
To test, wait for a shiny Pokemon to appear, watch the game pause, and press "A" to unpause the game. If you don't see a shiny Pokemon onscreen, it may have spawned offscreen, so look around.
