I have two copies of ImHex open each displaying a 2MB file that I'm comparing. I noticed that when the ImHex windows are active CPU utilization seems to be low, but when the windows are not active CPU utilization jumps to >80% (see htop screenshot).
How can the issue be reproduced?
I do not suspect that this issue is related to these two files specifically but I have provided them nevertheless.

Open fileA.bin in one instance.
Open fileB.bin in the other instance.
Open other application(s) such that ImHex loses focus.
