converted pdf file name is missing from GUI treeView #3

The treeview must have the following columns:

  1. No Crt.
  2. emoji status + Original source filename
  3. Converted filename - it can be identical to source or it can have suffixes (0), (1), ...
  4. Source folder of the source file
  5. Target folder of the Target file
