Fixed Quick Help comments not appearing when they should do on templates #449

Traffic trailer template ... quickhelp not working on the following:

Aero chassis
Only spawn with matched traffic trucks or prefabsthe .

Standalone trailer template ... quickhelp not working on the following:

(basic tab) aero chassis
curtain cover
chrome tank
(traffic tab) only spawn with matched traffic trucks
cargo type

Adam has already completed this in the latest dev build. However it seems to be bugged (it doesn't appear when you hover over it)????
