Basics: After Night 1 they can put one player to sleep and the target won't be able to do anything during the day

Details: The Anesthesist wolf can put one player to sleep. In the day the player wont be able to talk, vote and use his/her day ability (if they have one). The target won't be able to talk in CCS. The Anesthesist wolf can't target the same person twice.

Ts: We absolutely do not do roles which block the ability to talk, furthermore we don't do role blocking for town and wolves
