yea I think the balance of it is fine, but it seems like a strange mechanic to me

- choosing to howl is an end day action
- howling gives wolves an extra poll the next night
- one living player, selected arbitrarily, is told the true identity of the howling wolf (start night?)
- howling can only be done once

i thought it would be so the howling wolf will also know the player that learns their identity

Basics Once per game, the Howling Wolf may choose to howl in the middle of the night, which allows an extra wolfpack kill but reveals their identity to some non-wolfpack players and alerts the entire Town.
Details Howling is an immediate action. Upon use, there is an immediate announcement. In addition, a maximum of 3 random non-wolfpack players are secretly told your identity. (Packless wolves count as non-wolfpack players.)
