raven1207.2: Basically I was looking into some of the roles in UWE and think they could fit in WWR
Oracle Wolf[Werewolf] - Each night, along with the Werewolves, choose a player to eliminate. Each night after a Werewolf is eliminated, you wake again and learn the exact role of one player. Mystic Wolf[Werewolf] - Each night, along with the Werewolves, choose a player to eliminate. Each night, you wake again and learn the exact role of one player.
One of these 2 can be something that could be useful on WWR and could be an alternative to CF. Only role it hurts is WWW
Auracubra - Each night, choose W#-1 players. Any chosen players with special abilities will be eliminated. Vanillacubra - Each night target W#-1 players. Any chosen players without abilities are eliminated.
Ignoring the WW# shit(the point of it in UW/UWE is that W# = number of WWs in game), Both roles basically is the equivalent to are the UWE's version of Solos. These have it where Vanilla Werewolves(wolf) or Vanilla Villagers(citizen) would not be open to claim publicly. Besides that, Vanillacubra wins if all Vanilla WWs/Vanilla Villagers are dead while Auracubra wins if anyone else is dead.
Reviler - Each night, you may target a player. If that player is a special Villager, they are eliminated. If not, you are eliminated.
Alternative to Lone Wolf
Count Dracula - Each night, choose a player to be your bride. If you make it through a day/night cycle with 3 brides remaining in the game, you win.
According to UWE ruling, the day following the night they choose their 3rd bride, they mod announces that Count Dracula has found his 3rd bride and that they must try to execute Count Dracula or one of his brides in order to stop him from winning.
raven1207.2: Old Man - You will be eliminated on night [current W#]+1.
Despite dying on a certain day number, he is valuable in a way of having infomation that could be useful in rolesets were the number of WWs is unknown. Could be a (risky) bluff for evil[unless they wanted to solidify the bluff by killing their own pack member]
Diseased - If you are eliminated by the Werewolves, they don’t get to eliminate anyone during the next night.
Can help stop a WW kill for a night
Elusive Seer[Seer] - The first night, learn who all the Vanilla Villagers are.
A role that can help give valuable info about which citizen is true but also easy evil bluff
raven1207.2: (Sorry, the text limit didn't allow me to put in one post)
venomousbirds: most of these are really bad
venomousbirds: seeing exact roles is inconsistent and really overpowered
venomousbirds: the cubras are bad in general and we dont really have a definition of a general "special ability"
venomousbirds: the count seems insanely easy
venomousbirds: old man is HORRIBLE
venomousbirds: its why we changed angel
venomousbirds: diseased already exists (our RH)
invincitank: UWE is played with 3 to 10 players so if it implemented into here it would be 1 per 4 players or something Ig but even then it's a more basic version of most solos
invincitank: That's for count sorry
venomousbirds: 1 per 4 is horrible
venomousbirds: i think thats a kind of role that will not make the cut because itd have to be ua and ua is notoriously hard to create new and fun
invincitank: That being said I would like to see a role with the flavour of count dracula and his brides
raven1207.2:
the cubras are bad in general and we dont really have a definition of a general "special ability"
Basically in UWE it means any non-Vanilla WW/Villager
raven1207.2: In the case of WWR, anything that isn't a Cit or basic wolf
venomousbirds: oh so you murder the whole town
venomousbirds: wow such a great role
venomousbirds: 10/10
shapechange: yeah pretty much none of these work
shapechange: as vera has said we already have one of these
shapechange: the only one i can see being at all feasible is dracula, but certainly not in its current form
shapechange: i think you don't really understand how the game works very well, raven
