This means that if a player tries to convert a member of the Hell team it will instead fail, and the player that attempted to recruit them will instead join the Hell team. Effects that would cause a conversion under certain conditions (e.g vampire's demonization) will instead silently fail.

e_thsn: I think we also need to clarify how it backfires because IW turns into Imp while vampire/zombie just fails
