Investigative roles descriptions should specify they can't investigate dead people

Perhaps there are roles that could have fun and balanced interactions when investigating dead players, but otherwise we should add a clause to all investigative roles specifying they can't investigate dead players.

shapechange: it's not even as if this is an unwritten rule that we need to clarify, it's just that "player" in all descriptions specifically refers to a living player unless otherwise specified and occasionally some new person doesn't realise this
