Foundry v12 has deprecated several ways to access helpful methods, in addition to some handlebars helpers. Make those warnings go away.

[ ] Review complete list actor and item character sheets for warnings
[ ] Squash the warnings in Handlebars
[ ] Squash the warnings in JavaScript
[ ] Validate against "legacy" STA installs
[ ] Verify backwards compatability of new API- does this require minimum version being set to v12?
