A new, consistent way to represent character Items via Chat Cards has been implemented.

Getting the Tasks/Challenge buttons to use this new system will require more work, as these buttons invoke behavior that are detached from the character sheet we've replaced.

Closed because I was able to get layout improvements included in the STA system directly.
