Support for gstreamermm? #133

I'd really like to see the gstreamermm C++ bindings distributed with this. 
Considering that C# bindings are already supported, pre-built C++ bindings 
would be even more beneficial.

I have mixed feelings about this considering that we currently do builds using 
MSVC and as you likely know, C++ builds aren't compatible between different 
compilers. Do we target just MSVC? Just GCC? Both?

I think VC builds would suffice, considering that this is the platform of 
choice for the project. Building a g++ version wouldn't be much of an issue 
when linked against the C libraries though.
