Publish to Google Chrome #28

This add-on might be a nice candidate to port to Google Chrome (and other Chromium browsers). There are some other add-ons for Chrome that chime hourly, but I've not found any that allow the user to upload a custom chime sound effect.

Issue #27 will be required before this can be done and issue #26 would be nice to have completed prior to releasing to Google Chrome.
