Add a multi-device Push sample

Add a sample that shows how to use the incoming method invocation information 
on the SyncChannel to push 'MobileBeans' to specific devices/users.

Please, do you have a roadmap for this sample? 
I'm trying to develop some demos to show openmobster and I need some training 
in backend to specific devices push with openmobster.

This sample is scheduled for 2.0-Beta2 release which is the next official 
release. My estimate would be a few weeks away, most likely first week of 
January.

A GWT Management Console is the big ticket item for this release which will 
take most of the time.

As this sample is ready to go, instead of waiting to package in the release, I 
will post it out in the tutorial section.
