So that apps can be architected using HTML/Javascript, make the RPC service 
available via Javascript

This exposure is not feasible with the iphone since there is no natural way on 
the platform to invoke native code from javascript layer.

It is possible using custom uri's but it is hackish and return values supported 
is only a boolean.
